Why I go gym?
I want to be healthy,
I want to increase in size,
I want to have a cool body shape,
But the most important,
I want to be strong enough to defend myself.
I use to do 70 pounds for 130 times and 50 pounds for 50 times,
50 seat ups, and 15 minutes running on the track mill 5 days a week.
But today I get caught by my friend and I can't defend myself??
maybe I am exhausted after cleaning the new building?
Maybe his position is in advantage?
Damn it!
I better train harder...
